Why I Love Chicago...

Remembering Chicago as a young man

In the summer

We met at the park and played

…without an Organization.

We knew the rules

…. we went to Cub games if we were lucky.

The park and harbor at Diversey

Were home in those young years.

All sports were spontaneous events and unorganized

…we had each other and no deadlines.
