Why I love Chicago...

"When I first moved to Chicago in July, 1976, I was struck by the way the city was alive with people enjoying the good weather months.    Every year I get excited by the outpouring of people biking, running, swimming, talking in small and large groups along the waterfront.    Both residents and visitors really take advantage of the city - all the fests, theater, art, music, restaurants, etc.    I grew up in New York City and to me, Chicago, despite being a dynamic large city, has a small town feel which is heartwarming."
