Artist's Statement

"I have been a painter since the age of six.   In the beginning, my work was about melancholic landscapes and dried out flowers.   In time, I eliminated every realistic detail and instead searched for a kind of abstract evanescence.   Lately, I started a new body of work that I call Geometric Lyricism.   I use acrylic paint on canvas with hand-made paper for texture and transparency."
