Please join us in celebrating the Inaugural Southport Art Walk, a juried exhibition of artwork by Illinois artists displayed in storefront windows and businesses along Southport Ave (between Belmont & Irving Park), Chicago, IL from July 1 – July 31, 2010.
MEET THE ARTIST DAY - Saturday, July 10, 2010 (noon - 4 pm) - Southport Art Walk artists will greet visitors at their display locations and many businesses will serve refreshments and/or offer promotional discounts.
RECEPTION/AWARD CEREMONY - Saturday, July 10, 2010 (4 - 8 pm) - Party with the Artists at Gregory Gaymont Studio & Gallery, 3948 Southport Ave, Chicago, IL. Principal Gladys Vaccarezza of James G. Blaine Elementary School will be presented with our Friend of the Arts Award.
