Betty received a B. A. from University of Illinois and M.A. from University of Chicago.   She also studied at the Art Institute of Chicago (3 yrs. of study) and Creative Art Studies in Lucca, Italy (one summer).   Her work can be found in corporate collections in Illinois and on the cover of Textbook and Literary Magazine.     Her work has been exhibited in galleries and museums in Illinois, Indiana,Wisconsin, Kansas, Arizona, Iowa and South Carolina, and Ohio.
